Le cercle sera modéré en anglais, et les consignes seront disponibles en français si besoin. Chaque personne pourra alors déposer dans sa langue.

Dans un cercle d’écoute, vous pouvez déposer, en toute sécurité et sans jugement, ce qui se vit intérieurement, éventuellement ce qui est blessé, tourmenté, bouleversé – ou choisir de rester en silence. Il suffit de venir et d'être prêt à accepter le discours des autres, leur réalité et leur émotion, sans conseiller ni consoler.

We will moderate the circle in English and also provide the moderation guidelines in French if needed. Anyone will then be welcome to share in the language they wish.

In a listening circle, you may share in security and without judgment: your inner thoughts, and possibly those parts that are hurt, anxious, overwhelmed ─ as well as keep silent. Just come and be willing to welcome the others' speech, their realm and emotion, without counselling or consoling.
