Rules of good faith and compatible behaviour
In their activities within the Infrastructure HOC, Contributors shall act in accordance with the general duties arising from the rules of good faith within the meaning of Art. 2 para. 1 of the Swiss Civil Code. In addition, each Contributor undertakes to behave in accordance with the Contributors' Code of Conduct (CCC) promulgated by HOC and available at: [soon].
