I thrive in building a sustainable impact on society, through compassion and better allocation of limited resources.

◔ Doing: I take joy and pride in my 15+ years contribution: • in the investment industry • as a business analyst, change manager and project manager • to the success of processes and systems-related projects

◑ Learning: I take richness in team collaboration and agile organizations, allocation strategy, portfolio management, impact and sustainability. I have recently passed the IIBA CBAP, CIA (Impact Analyst) as well as Scrum Master + Product Owner certifications, and am preparing for the Level III exam in the CFA Program.

◕ Being: In addition, I care to improve my conscious and compassionate connection with myself and others. I am very curious and longing for meaning. Over the past 6 years, this has translated into a growing sensitivity and engagement in Effective Altruism and Nonviolent Communication, advocating for the harmony in and between ourselves, all living species, and our environment.

◉ Now, I'd love to combine those parts of my life into my next challenges!
